When you submit a reservation request through the app, your information (name, date, party size, and any notes you provide) is sent directly to our email (rousselstudio@gmail.com) via your device's default email application or via a contact form.

This information is used solely to respond to your reservation inquiry and is not stored in any database or shared with third parties beyond the venue being contacted.

3. Third-Party Booking Platforms

The app contains links to external booking platforms including:

• SevenRooms (sevenrooms.com)
• OpenTable (opentable.com)
• TheFork (thefork.com)
• CoverManager (covermanager.com)
• Individual venue booking pages

When you click on these links, you leave Marb's Events and are subject to the privacy policies of those third-party platforms. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.

Marb's Events uses browser local storage and service workers exclusively to:

• Cache app assets for offline use (PWA functionality)
• Store your venue filter preferences locally on your device

All event and venue information displayed in the app is sourced from publicly available information and official venue websites. Venue and event photos are used for informational purposes only.

Marb's Events is intended for users aged 18 and over, as it covers nightlife, clubs, and venues that serve alcohol. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

Since we do not collect or store personal data, there is no personal data at risk on our servers. Any reservation emails are handled with standard email security practices.
